Welcome to DeedSigning. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, info products, and goods related to deed signing support and legal documentation for property sales.

1. Definitions

Services: professional assistance in deed execution, signing ceremonies, and legal document preparation for property sales.
Information Products: digital guides, templates, and manuals provided for download.
Goods: physical printed document packages, certificates, and related items.

2. Services

DeedSigning offers support for property sales, including coordination of signing events at Avenue Nestlé 55, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland, and remote guidance. Our team will prepare required forms and liaise with local officials to ensure valid execution.

3. Information Products

Our digital guides and templates provide step-by-step instructions and ready-to-use forms. Access will be granted via email link after purchase.

4. Goods

We offer printed document kits that include hard copies of signed deeds and official certificates, shipped to the address you specify.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If we have not started a requested service within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund. If work has commenced or the service has been completed, no refund is available. You may, however, transfer the scheduled appointment or documentation review to a different date at no extra charge with at least 7 days’ notice.

5.2 Information Products

Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase and prior to downloading or accessing the digital material. Once access has been granted, no refund will be provided.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be eligible for a refund if the package is in its original condition and has not been opened. A refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable, and you are responsible for arranging shipment back to our office.

6. Appointment Transfers

You may reschedule any service appointment or document review by notifying us at least 7 days before the original date. After that period, transfers may incur a rescheduling fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeedSigning (Business ID CHE-786.309.887) is not responsible for delays caused by third-party entities or local authorities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, info product, or good.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vevey.
